Our goal is to provide our clients with the best possible customer experience. As such, all Bestcase™ products carry a Lifetime Limited Warranty against defects in material and workmanship, provided recommended cleaning and maintenance are performed.

All warranties are in effect from the original date of purchase. 

All warranties are provided to the original purchaser and are non transferable. Proper documentation including the original invoice will be required on all warranty claims. 

As each claim may be different, it will be at the manufacturers discretion to either repair the existing defective product, replace the existing defective product or offer a full refund on the product less any freight fees. 

All products are designed for the specific uses that they are intended, any unsanctioned use or modification to the manufacture or modification of the finish will automatically void any existing warranties. 

Warranties will be null and void in cases of neglect, misuse or intentional destructive use of our products.
